13 Surf View is located just to the south of Newquay on the beautiful Pentire Headland and overlooks the world famous Fistral Beach and boasts fabulous views along the North Cornwall coast towards Trevone Head and Padstow. On the other side of the headland nestles the very picturesque Gannel Estuary and the fabulous sandy Crantock Beach.

The famous 18 hole links golf course that is home to Newquay Golf Club sits above and behind Fistral Beach and the Club offers a warm welcome to visiting golfers.

The bustling town centre of Newquay is just over a mile away and can be easily reached on foot, or by car. There is also a public bus service route nearby and Taxi's are plentiful and reasonably priced.

The Surf View complex is home to 54 properties that are split between terraced linked houses and four blocks of apartments with four apartments in each block. 13 Surf View is situated in the first block of four apartments as you enter the development and is on the ground floor.

The apartment is offered on a self-catering basis and is fully furnished to an excellent standard. The apartment and the facilities are best suited to families and couples, is within a short walk to the beach and has a fully heated swimming pool.


Apartment Facilities

The apartment has 2 furnished bedrooms with 4 single beds. There is also a fold out (Z Bed) available if needed. Bedding and towels are provided with the exception of beach towels.

It has a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, bathroom with full size walk in shower cubicle. Other home comforts include Wifi, Gas central heating, Flat screen TV with Sky Free View channels.

You can also enjoy the beautiful views overlooking Fistral Beach from the comfort of the living room. You will also have easy access to an allocated parking space for one vehicle.

Complex Facilities

The complex has an outdoor heated swimming pool to which all residents have access. This also has a clear protective windbreak surrounding it, which ensures comfortable sunbathing even on windy days!

There are a number of sun loungers available for use in the pool area that are available for use on a first come basis. The pool area also features a large communal garden facility for the enjoyment of all.

Things To Do

Being a major tourist area, Newquay has an abundance of places to eat and drink. From cafes to top class restaurants and everything in between, whatever your tastes or budget. Celebrity chefs, Jamie Oliver's "15" and Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurants are located just 20 minutes drive away in nearby Watergate Bay and Padstow.

For those that wish to cater for themselves Newquay offers three Supermarkets, these being Sainsbury, Morrisons and Co-op. All are local to Newquay and can be accessed via the main road into the resort.

Newquay is also well placed for visiting the many attractions that Cornwall has to offer visitors to the County. The accommodation is available on a weekly basis and change-over is on a Saturday. Access to the property is after 4.00pm and the property must be vacated by 10am on departure day. Out of season it may be possible to arrange long weekend or mid-week lets. Please contact us by email if you would like date availability and prices on this option.

For bookings, please use the details on the contact page to either phone or email us to confirm that the dates you have selected are available. The availability diary is updated frequently but with one phone call it can be out of date!! Once we have confirmed your date and price, we will email you a booking form along with the booking terms and conditions and payment details.

Please note that we can only accept bookings from families or couples.

The accommodation is non–smoking and animals/pets are not permitted.

There is one allocated and numbered Surf View parking space per property and a Surf View parking permit should be displayed in your vehicle at all times.
